A Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, Certified Independent Director (IICA), and Harvard-certified in Organizational Leadership, Karishma has held leadership positions across leading multinational corporations and high-growth businesses, bringing together the discipline of large enterprises with the agility required to build and scale founder-led companies.
Her experience spans strategic finance, fundraising, M&A, finance transformation, governance & controls, business planning, and profitability improvement.
She has partnered with founders, boards, investors, and executive teams to build scalable finance functions, strengthen decision-making, and prepare businesses for their next phase of growth.
